1. Summary

• You earn 20% of the first payment from each business that subscribes through your referral link. Once, not every month.
• You earn when they pay, not when they sign up. A free account earns nothing.
• Commission becomes available 35 days after it is earned, and is paid monthly once your balance is over ₱500.
• Creating or paying for fake reviews, or referring yourself, ends your account.
• Either of us can end this arrangement at any time.

2. Joining the Program

The program is invitation-only. We decide who joins and may decline anyone without giving a reason. You need a CollectStory account so you can see your link and your earnings, but you do not need a paid subscription.

You choose your referral code, subject to our approval. Codes that could be mistaken for CollectStory itself are not available.

3. How Referrals Are Counted

A referral counts when someone creates a CollectStory account through your link, or through a demo page they requested using your link.

• A business can only be referred once. If more than one affiliate link is used, the most recent one before signup is the one that counts.
• We track this with a code in the link and a record stored in the visitor's browser for 30 days. Someone who clears their browser, switches device or waits longer may not be attributed to you.
• We cannot credit a referral that was never tracked. If you believe a sale is yours, email us and we will look, but our records decide.

4. Commission

Commission is 20% of the first payment a referred business makes, and is paid on that payment only. It is not recurring, and renewals, upgrades and later payments earn nothing.

Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, before any refund. We may change the rate for future referrals by updating this page; referrals already made keep the rate that applied when they were made.

5. Payouts

• Commission becomes available 35 days after the referred business pays.
• We send payouts about once a month, by GCash or bank transfer, once your available balance is over ₱500. Anything below that carries over.
• You provide your payout details in your dashboard and are responsible for keeping them correct. We are not liable for money sent to details you gave us.
• We keep a record of every transfer, with a reference number, and email it to you.

6. Taxes

Commission is income you earn for services. You are responsible for declaring it and for any tax you owe on it.

Where Philippine law requires VirtualCup Solutions to withhold tax on payments to you, we will withhold it and pay it to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and the amount you receive will be reduced accordingly. We will tell you the amount withheld and provide the relevant certificate. We may ask for your TIN and registration details before paying you.

7. When Commission Is Reversed

Commission is reversed if the underlying payment is refunded or charged back, or if the referral breached section 8.

A business cancelling their subscription does not reverse anything. They still paid, so you still earned it.

If commission has already been paid to you when a reversal happens, we may recover it from your next payout.

8. What You Must Not Do

CollectStory exists to help businesses earn genuine reviews. Anything that fakes them damages the business far more than it damages us. The following end your affiliate account immediately and forfeit unpaid commission:

• Writing, inventing or buying reviews, or encouraging a business or its customers to do so.
• Referring yourself, your own business, or any account you own or control, whether directly or through another person.
• Presenting yourself as CollectStory, VirtualCup Solutions, or an employee of either. You are an independent partner.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging, and paid advertising that bids on or uses the CollectStory name or domain.
• Promising anything on our behalf — discounts, features or timelines we have not published.

9. Your Relationship With Us

You are an independent contractor. This agreement does not create employment, a partnership, or an agency, and you cannot enter into anything on our behalf. You cover your own costs.

You may use the CollectStory name and logo to refer businesses to us, as they appear on our site, and only while you are an affiliate in good standing.

10. Suspension and Ending the Program

You can stop at any time. We can suspend or end your participation at any time, including if you breach section 8 or if we end the program.

If your account ends for any reason other than a breach of section 8, commission already earned is still paid on the normal schedule. Your link stops working straight away.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update this agreement. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and changes apply from the day they are published. Continuing to refer businesses means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Contact

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where they conflict on affiliate matters, this agreement applies.
